This privacy policy applies to all persons who use the services of Kleemann Gastronomie e.U. , hereinafter referred to as Melker Stiftskeller. We hereby inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of your personal data by our company. We respect your privacy and endeavour to strictly comply with the legal requirements for the processing of your personal data (EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR), DSG and TKG 2003). All your personal data is processed on this basis.

Duty to inform (Art 13 und 14 DSGVO)

Your personal data, that is

• Your master data (surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth) as well as language and vehicle licence plate number,
• the data in travel documents presented (passport number, passport data, date of birth, issuing authority, expiry date, nationality) and identity documents (identity card, driving licence, etc. including issuing authority and expiry date),
• the data on payment type and in connection with payments, in particular with EC cards, credit cards and bank cards,
• the length of stay requested by you and the destinations, hotels, contact persons, conditions, additional offers and services associated with the stay that you provide us with,

are required for our services.

This data is therefore stored and processed by us for these purposes and, if necessary, transferred to third parties with whom we work together to provide the most effective and best possible service for our customers - this may also include service providers in third countries as processors, software and agency service providers.

We do not use profiling and automated decision-making

The duration of storage is determined by the duration of our business relationship, the consents you have given and, in addition, the statutory retention obligations and legal obligations applicable to us. We emphasise that in the case of regular cooperation for our best possible customer service, we endeavour to know your customer wishes already communicated to us so well that we can satisfy you continuously and permanently.

Transfer to third parties / obligations of processors

We will not transfer your personal data within or outside the EU under any circumstances.

Cookies and tracking services 

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

To the cookie settings 

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. 1600, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your user behaviour is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Your IP address is shortened beforehand within the European Union and thus anonymised or at least pseudonymised. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Rights of data subjects / objection / contact

You can request information about your personal data stored by us free of charge at any time. As a data subject, you also have the right to object to, access, erasure, rectification, restriction and portability of your personal data. As we process the data on the basis of our legitimate interests, you generally have the right to object if you have reasons arising from your particular situation that speak against this processing. As we (also) process the data for direct marketing purposes, you can object to this processing for direct marketing purposes at any time.

You can withdraw any consent you have given us under data protection law at any time. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out up to that point. The consequence of a cancellation is that we will no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purposes from this point on. The Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, is the competent supervisory authority for complaints.

Miscellaneous

We have implemented organisational and technical protective measures, which we evaluate on an ongoing basis and adapt as necessary, in order to protect your personal data stored and processed by us.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time and to adapt it to new developments. The new version applies from the time it is made available on our website.
